How to make lemonade that is not too sharp or too sweet: a balance pad
Lemonade tastes right when sugar and lemon acid are in balance, not when you follow one fixed recipe. Fresh lemon juice is roughly 5% citric acid, so the sugar you add has to match how much juice is in the jug.
Drag the dot on the balance pad to move between sharp, balanced and sweet, set the size of your jug, and read off the lemon juice, sugar and water. It works in ml and fl oz, and ends with a sparkling variation and a note on acid and teeth.
