Rough guide, not a measurement. Pure alcohol is the spirit's volume times its strength (40% here; real bottles range from about 37.5 to 43%). Ice melt is typical, not exact, and a dash of bitters adds well under 1 ml of alcohol. The gold column in the glass is the share of the drink that is pure alcohol.
